Enrollment and Re-enrollment for 2018-19 has begun!

It is hard to believe that it is already time to start planning for next school year, but we are at that point in time and are busy preparing for the future. Enrollment for the 2018-2019 school year has officially begun!

Our re-enrollment process will look a bit different this year for a few reasons. We are going to be completing enrollment and re-enrollment by way of simplified paper copies, rather than the online “Enrollment Packet” which you have completed the past few years. There is now a cost associated with each online enrollment packet submitted from GHC. Using paper copies this year will help us avoid these fees while we explore other school database systems. We also don’t want our enrollment records locked in with RenWeb at this time. Lastly, we are evaluating our re-enrollment process and are looking to streamline it even more. This is a nice segue into that transition.

For those re-enrolling, current Young 5’s students through 7th grade, you will simply need to complete the “Family Re-Enrollment Form”. This will allow us to gather updated information, if needed, and for you to enroll your child(ren) quickly. You can turn this form in to the office or send it to me electronically, along with a $100 deposit, and you are all set!

For current preschool students, entering Young 5’s or Kindergarten, we need additional information from you so we ask you to complete the “New Family Enrollment Form”. This can also be completed on paper or electronically, along with a $100 deposit to finalize your enrollment.

Please note the difference between Cost of Education and Required Tuition on our tuition chart. The Cost of Education includes additional support for financial aid and technology needs. Families who pay the Cost of Education will receive a receipt acknowledging a tax-deductible gift equal to the difference between Cost and Required Tuition. We request that families prayerfully consider this form of support to GHC if they are able.

FACTS is now accepting applications for the 2018-19 school year. If you are applying for financial assistance, please submit your FACTS application by April 30.

If you have any questions about either of these forms or any part of the enrollment process, please contact me and I will be happy to help you. For program, staffing, and budgeting purposes for the upcoming school year, we are requesting that families re-enroll by April 30.

Thank you for your assistance in the enrollment process. We are blessed by our partnership with you and look forward to another year of educating minds and shaping hearts for service to God in His world.
